8+ years of technical-commercial experience in semiconductors or power electronics.
Strong grounding in power management, conversion, architectures, mixed-signal systems, or industrial electronics.
Ability to turn market and customer insight into strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market execution.
Experience developing value propositions, competitive positioning, enablement, and customer-facing narratives.
Ability to influence global cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical field.

Responsibilities

Develop market strategy by understanding priority segments and translating insights into investment recommendations.
Define power architecture strategies connecting customer needs to ADI products and references.
Build business cases for new initiatives, including revenue potential and execution needs.
Engage customers, OEMs, partners, and field teams to validate needs and shape architectures.
Develop launch plans, enablement materials, and proof points for go-to-market.
Guide alignment across product, applications, sales, and operations teams.
