Job summary

BnM is seeking an Operations Engineer to monitor and optimise electricity generating assets, ensuring safety and compliance while improving availability and efficiency. The role operates on a shift basis within a regulated environment and requires strong coordination with plant teams.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of industry experience, an engineering degree, and experience with electrical, mechanical or automation systems. Power plant or heavy industry exposure is desirable.

Qualifications

• 4/5 years of industry experience.
• Engineering degree (BSc/MSc) required.
• Ability to connect daily operations to strategic goals and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor thermal generating assets to optimise availability and efficiency.
• Act as Authorised person under Permit to Work system and ensure safety.
