Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B sales, ideally in power generation, utilities, data centre, infrastructure, or industrial automation solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue in complex, high-value sales cycles (€250k–€multi-million).
• Experience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive orders and revenue growth for power and data centre solutions across a defined set of accounts, carrying an individual quota.
• Identify, shape, position and close complex, high-value infrastructure and power management deals, acting as the commercial and solution lead throughout large, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Develop and execute solution-driven account strategies to win new logos, supported by structured account plans across power utilities and generators (gas, hydro, wind) and hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centre customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key ecosystem influencers to get Emerson PWS specified early in the design phase.
• Lead customer engagements focused on power generation, energy control and automation, BESS, and data centre power and mechanical plant (BMS, cooling).
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts, working with internal teams to close deals profitably.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting in CRM.
• Collaborate closely with proposal engineers, delivery teams, and suppliers.
