Job summary

Emerson Power and Water Solutions (PWS) is seeking a high‑impact PWS Business Development Manager to drive automation system sales in Ireland's power generation and data centre sectors. You will own orders, shape deals, and lead multi‑stakeholder cycles, delivering revenue growth with enterprise customers.

The role demands deep domain knowledge of automation technologies, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build strategic account plans that win orders and expand Emerson's footprint.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B sales with complex cycles.
• Proven revenue delivery in high‑value deals (€250k–€multi‑million).
• Experience with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive orders and revenue growth for power and data centre solutions across a defined set of accounts.
• Identify, shape, position and close complex, high‑value deals as the commercial lead.
• Develop and execute account strategies across utilities, generators, and hyperscale data centres.
• Build relationships with EPCs, M&E consultants, and specifying engineers.
• Lead customer engagements across power generation, BESS, and data centre power and mechanical plant.
