Job summary

Avidity Group is seeking a Client Reporting & Insight Executive in Dublin to lead reporting and insight interfaces for key clients. You will translate client needs into well-defined BI requests and shape requirements to deliver measurable value.

You will drive the clarity and commercial impact of reporting, diagnose issues with the Power BI Team, and present insights with actionable recommendations to clients, while continually improving templates and narratives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in reporting / insight in a commercial environment.
Advanced insight storytelling – turning numbers into a narrative with recommendations.
Experience using AI to add value to insights.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the reporting and insight relationship for a group of clients.
Translate client needs into well-defined requests for the Power BI team.
Ensure reporting quality is clear and delivers commercial value.
Identify and diagnose issues to be resolved by the Power BI Team.
Structure reporting narratives and frame recommendations for clients.
Attend client forums to provide updates on reporting.
