Job summary

The Ardonagh Analytics Lab at Mullingar is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Specialist to design, develop and optimise Power BI reporting solutions for senior leaders across our global network.

You will build trusted dashboards, semantic models and reporting assets using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and related technologies, ensuring accuracy, performance and scalable delivery. This role emphasizes collaboration with UX/UI and governance teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience developing and supporting Power BI solutions in a commercial environment.
Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and T-SQL.
Experience with semantic data modelling and dashboard performance optimisation.
Advanced T-SQL development: CTES, window functions, temp tables, table-valued functions.
Experience translating business requirements into scalable BI solutions.
Experience managing stakeholder relationships and priorities.

Responsibilities

Design and develop intuitive, visually engaging Power BI dashboards and reports.
Translate business requirements and KPIs into reporting solutions.
Create drill-through experiences, interactive visuals, filters and navigation features.
Partner with UX/UI to apply branding and design standards.
Support governance, security and deployment practices across reporting environments.
