CRC Central Remedial Clinic in Swords invites applications for a permanent full-time Behaviour Specialist (35 hours) to join the Children’s Disability Network Teams. You will provide specialist Positive Behaviour Support within a family-centered framework and lead detailed Functional Assessments of Behaviour to support children’s goals.

The role requires BCBA-level qualifications with appropriate experience or MSc in ABA, plus a current driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst with three years’ experience in a similar role or a Master’s level qualification in behavioural assessment and intervention.
• Actively pursuing BCBA certification with at least three years’ experience in a similar role or five years’ experience in ID services.
• Demonstrates competence and capability to undertake the duties attached to the role and participates in ongoing professional development.
• Full driver’s license and access to a car; interview stage to explain if not currently held.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialist expertise in Positive Behaviour Support within a CDNT setting.
• Design family‑centred supports to help children reach goals and become as independent as possible.
• Conduct detailed Functional Assessments of Behaviour and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to a culture of person-centred services, collaboration and continuous learning.
