Job summary

Amazon AWS Enterprise Support is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) fluent in Portuguese to support strategic accounts in the Energy and Utilities vertical across compute, storage, database, and more.

The TAM will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate AWS services and achieve their cloud goals while developing technical, consulting, and leadership skills within a dynamic, global team.

Qualifications

• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in distributed systems.
• Knowledge of AWS services and cloud technologies.
• Professional fluency in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusting relationships with customers, understand their business needs, review service disruptions and provide metrics.
• Utilize technical skills to solve difficult support issues and technical challenges.
• Understand operational parameters and troubleshooting processes for customer issues and escalations.
• Advocate for customer needs to remove adoption blockers and drive feature development.
• Improve customer capabilities by running workshops and architecture reviews.
