Job summary

Center Parcs Longford Forest in Ireland is seeking a hands-on Pool Operations support role. You will assist the Pool Manager to keep guests safe, oversee daily pool operations and water quality, and help drive strong team performance in a busy Subtropical Swimming Paradise.

You will work within a large team, manage budgets for staff and operations, coordinate with technical services, and support guest satisfaction through excellent service. Garda vetting will be completed before starting.

Qualifications

• RLSS Pool Lifeguard / IWS Qualification
• First Aid Certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, genuine approach
• Proven management experience, including leading large teams in a similar environment
• Strong customer service skills, ensuring high standards and service performance KPIs

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing budgets for staff, operations and revenue
• Support the Pool Manager in leading a large team
• Oversee daily pool operations, ensuring water quality meets standards
• Coordinate with technical services for maintenance and repairs
• Drive team wellbeing and performance through effective management
