Center Parcs Longford Forest Lifeguard role available for trainee or qualified candidates. You will help keep guests safe in the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, monitor pools and respond to emergencies while delivering high‑quality guest service.

The role requires completing NPLQ training, Garda vetting before starting, and offers career development opportunities with various employee benefits. Flexible shifts and weekend work are included.

Qualifications

• RLSS Pool Lifeguard / IWS Qualification (for qualified Lifeguards)
• 20 hours of continued professional development (CPD) after qualification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas, ensuring guest safety and responding to emergencies
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold health and safety standards
• Complete NPLQ training and demonstrate rescue and first aid skills
