Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Policy & Governance Consultant to support policy and governance program enhancements in Ireland. You will manage policy updates, develop governance repositories and drive delivery of new processes and GRC tools.

You will collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams, ensuring timely delivery, clear ownership, and effective stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, compliance or internal audit.
• Understanding of regulatory, compliance and risk matters.
• Governance and policy execution or remediation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Project manage policy updates and governance initiatives end-to-end.
• Develop and maintain a centralized governance repository.
• Implement and deliver new policy-related processes and GRC tools.
• Escalate roadblocks and deliver with clear ownership and timelines.
