Match Group seeks a Global Operations Specialist to support users worldwide, primarily in APAC hours, by handling complex issues in Trust & Safety and customer care. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer experience facing role.
• Ability to assess and summarize complex cases quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Help protect the Match Group ecosystem by preventing fraudulent activity and enforcing terms.
• Investigate and resolve complex escalations related to Trust & Safety and customer support.
• Review bug reports and collaborate with Engineering to facilitate resolution.
• Gather user feedback on new products and feature rollouts.
• Navigate high-pressure situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Trust & Safety, Engineering, Communications, Marketing, Legal, and outsourcing teams.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and workflows.
