Job summary

Codec Azure in Dublin is seeking a full-time PMO Co-ordinator who will report to the Head of Project Delivery. You will drive project governance, assurance and delivery support for the Project Delivery team.

The role involves coordinating quality gate reviews, maintaining governance templates and repositories, supporting portfolio tracking, and preparing insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar PMO co-ordinator role providing governance and delivery support.
• Experience in large enterprise IT environments.
• Support governance of a wide range of Project Delivery services.
• Business Intelligence data analysis experience.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.
• Experience assisting PMO, PMs and project teams.
• Experience evaluating project status to ensure transparent reporting.
• Experience using planning tools such as MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Support project assurance and coordinating quality gate reviews.
• Maintain and continually improve governance processes, procedures, and templates.
• Maintain and continually improve Project Delivery document repository.
• Manage project library supporting maintenance of the Project Delivery team SharePoint site.
• Facilitate portfolio tracking and reporting with PMs and Portfolio Managers.
• Prepare and present strategic insights reports for monthly Senior Leadership meetings.
• Collate and maintain portfolio RAID and lessons learned logs.
• Monitor deliverables with Head of Project Delivery and PMs to ensure timely completion.
• Assist onboarding of new project team members including system access.
• Maintain the Project Delivery team holiday planner.
