Job summary

Blackhall Technologies Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Law Society of Ireland, seeks a Customer Engagement & Adoption Specialist to drive user activation and ongoing engagement of our new platform in the legal sector.

You will own a portfolio of onboarded organisations, act as the primary contact for day-to-day engagement, gather feedback, and collaborate with product and support teams to optimise adoption and usage at scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer success or account management.
• Experience with B2B clients in regulated industries preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of onboarded organisations and drive activation.
• Act as primary contact for day-to-day user engagement.
• Triage issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Gather user feedback to inform product and process improvements.
• Deliver user guidance and training sessions.
• Develop and scale engagement strategies as the platform grows.
