Kitman Labs is seeking an Associate Applied Performance Specialist to onboard and deploy customers, configure iP, and ensure effective adoption across performance, sports science, coaching and medical staff.

The Ireland-based role emphasizes hands-on technical setup, integration work, and close collaboration with Performance Strategists on major accounts. This position offers growth as the Applied Performance team expands globally.

Qualifications

• Background in sport or high-performance or related field.
• Curiosity about technology and SaaS platforms.
• Comfort with technical/configuration-heavy work.
• Clear written and verbal communication; customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work across time zones with a global customer base.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and deployment for new customers, helping them adopt iP in 90 days.
• Configure platforms for new deployments, including system builds and integrations.
• Collaborate with Performance Strategists on key accounts to deliver technical solutions.
• Help staff maximize iP features and stay updated with new releases.
• Assist demos for prospects and customers with Sales teams.
• Provide responsive in-platform support for assigned accounts.
• Log feature requests, bugs and support product and migration testing.
• Support customers globally across regions.
