Job summary

WiiGroup in Dublin is seeking Planning Professionals (All Levels) to join our growing team, supporting the delivery of major mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, and advanced technology projects. We hire across all levels from Assistant to Planning Manager, focusing on developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules.

You'll work with project leadership, construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure programmes are accurate, milestones met, and progress reported.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls within the construction industry.
• Experience with data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, infrastructure, or major commercial projects.
• Experience using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project to develop and maintain construction programmes.
• Fluent English communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress against approved baseline programmes and key milestones.
• Produce weekly and monthly programme updates, progress reports, and look-ahead schedules.
• Conduct critical path analysis and identify programme risks, delays, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Support project teams with recovery planning and schedule mitigation measures where required.
• Review subcontractor programmes and ensure alignment with overall project milestones and deliverables.
• Attend progress meetings and liaise with project stakeholders to gather and validate programme updates.
• Maintain accurate programme records, schedule documentation, and change logs.
• Support extension of time assessments and schedule impact analysis where applicable.
• Assist project controls and management teams in achieving programme objectives and project milestones.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes, reporting standards, and project controls procedures.
