Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Planner for their North Dublin office to support programme management on a range of construction projects, including data centre or pharma sectors. The role involves developing and updating programmes, tracking progress, and reporting to senior management.

You will liaise with site teams, subcontractors and design teams to gather information, support tender programmes and assist in resequencing and recovery planning where needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Data centre or pharma experience required.
• Strong planning software skills (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project programmes across a range of construction projects.
• Monitor progress against programme, identifying and reporting delays or risks.
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors and the design team to gather programme information.
• Prepare programme reports and updates for project and senior management.
• Support tender programme preparation and analysis.
• Assist in resequencing and recovery planning where required.
