Job summary

WiiGroup is seeking Planning Professionals (All Levels) to join our Dublin team, supporting major mission-critical projects across pharma, industrial and data-centre sectors. We hire assistants through to planning managers to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules.

Successful candidates will work with project leadership to ensure milestones are met, integrate with subcontractors, and provide timely progress reports in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls within the construction industry.
  • Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, infrastructure, or large commercial project experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience developing and maintaining construction programmes using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling methodologies, and project delivery processes.
  • Experience monitoring project progress and reporting against key programme milestones.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project delivery teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities.
  • Experience producing progress reports, programme updates, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams and live construction environments.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Professional accreditation such as APM, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Monitor project progress against approved baseline programmes and key milestones.
  • Produce weekly and monthly programme updates, progress reports, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Conduct critical path analysis and identify programme risks, delays, and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Support project teams with recovery planning and schedule mitigation measures where required.
  • Review subcontractor programmes and ensure alignment with overall project milestones and deliverables.
  • Attend progress meetings and liaise with project stakeholders to gather and validate programme updates.
  • Maintain accurate programme records, schedule documentation, and change logs.
  • Support extension of time assessments and schedule impact analysis where applicable.
  • Assist project controls and management teams in achieving programme objectives and project milestones.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes, reporting standards, and project controls procedures.

WiiGroup is seeking to hire Planning Professionals (All Levels) to join our growing team in Dublin, supporting the delivery of major mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, and advanced technology projects.

We are hiring planners across all levels, from Assistant Planners and Intermediate Planners through to Senior Planners and Planning Managers. Successful candidates will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules while supporting project controls activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Working closely with project leadership, construction teams, subcontractors, and client representatives, you will help ensure project programmes are accurately maintained, progress is effectively monitored, and key project milestones are achieved.
