Job summary

O'Neill & Brennan Ireland is recruiting a Project Manager (Civils) for a portfolio of civil engineering projects based in Frankfurt, Germany. You will lead delivery from planning through to completion, coordinating design, procurement and construction with multiple stakeholders.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree (Level 8) and at least five years as a Project Manager in civil or utilities projects, with a proven track record delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline (Level 8).
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering.
• Strong experience civils or utilities infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction and utility regulations.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil projects from planning through to completion.
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery in line with programme, budget, and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and utility providers.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
