Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, materials planning, or integrated planning leadership.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated planning process across customer planning, production planning, material planning, and master scheduling.
• Provide direction and governance for development and execution of the site production plan across all horizons.
• Own planning KPI governance across OTIF, schedule adherence, and plan stability.
