Job summary

The role spans procurement, warehouse, planning and operations to minimize shortages and supply risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in material planning or supply chain operations in manufacturing.
• Experience with cross-functional planning and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Review material requirements for the next 24 months to support production schedules and site priorities.
• Coordinate stock and non-stock material requirements with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Monitor days of stock and classification using Runner/Repeater/Stranger and update planning parameters as needed.
• Ensure materials are delivered in line with lead times and shelf-life requirements.
• Prepare and maintain reports such as shortage, open-order, overdue material, expiry-risk, and stock classification reports.
