Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–8 years in planning or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Graduate or equivalent professional qualification; APICS certification.
• Experience managing a site level S&OP process; knowledge of Net requirement planning, RCCP, and MPS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead local planning team and oversee site S&OP process.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate production scheduling.
• Coordinate with Operations, Freight, warehousing on planning parameters.
• Align capacity utilization with customer service targets and KPI metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
