Qualifications

• Significant experience in project planning for transportation infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Excellent leadership and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the planning team to ensure clear requirements and achievable goals.
• Maintain and update project programmes and ensure alignment with contracts.
• Collaborate with client planning teams to ensure timely submissions and approvals.
• Support commercial activities with accurate planning inputs and forecasts.
• Monitor and control schedule risk with daily/weekly reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with procurement, construction and other packages to integrate planning data.
