Spectrum Health seeks an MSK Physiotherapist on a contractor basis in Cork, Fermoy/Mitchelstown area. This fixed-term engagement lasts 1–5 months with immediate start. You will manage an adult MSK caseload in person across clinic sites, with flexible, part-time hours.

Requirements include BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy, CORU registration, ISCP membership and professional indemnity insurance; private practice experience is preferred. Expect a dynamic clinic environment and cross-site collaboration.

• Maintain medical notes, reports and receipts; liaise with GPs/referrers.

About the Role

Spectrum Health is seeking an MSK Physiotherapist to join our AHP team on a contractor basis in Cork, Fermoy/Mitchesltown area. This is a fixed-term engagement of one to five months, with scope for an immediate start. The successful candidate will manage a predominantly adult MSK caseload, delivered in person across one or more of our clinic sites.

What is the role and what will my responsibilities be?

• Work with patients who have a range of conditions, mainly MSK based.
• Independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, then provide treatment accordingly
• Educate patients about how to prevent and/or improve their conditions
• Use app-based rehab to support patient goals
• Be responsible for medical case notes, reports, statistics, managing patient payments and issuing receipts
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals in a timely manner
• Conduct meetings with local GPs and potential referrers
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required
