Job summary

Uniphar Group in Ballyfermot is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join a busy dispensary on a 24‑hour (3‑day) permanent basis. The team includes a Retail Store Manager, Supervising Pharmacist, 1 Support and 5 Technicians.

You will dispense medicines under pharmacist supervision, manage stock, prepare blister packs, and process claims, contributing to high-quality patient care. We offer competitive hourly rates, a great colleague discount, a bike-to-work scheme, and uniform provided as part of the

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy dispensary is an advantage.
• Newly qualified technicians are welcome to apply.
• Experience with McLernons MPS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Be accurate with excellent attention to detail.
• To prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist in a caring and professional manner.
• Controlling stock levels and ordering medicines as determined by store requirements.
• Preparation of blister packs and processing and tracking claims.
• Reporting to and supporting the Pharmacist in a busy dispensary.
