Job summary

Uniphar Group's McCauley Bawnogue Pharmacy in Clondalkin is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for a 40-hour, five-day week in a busy dispensary. The role involves accurate dispensing under supervision, stock control, blister packs, and claims processing.

You will support the Pharmacist, ensure high standards of patient care, and join a team that values detail, reliability, and professional growth. Newly qualified technicians are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Experience working in a busy dispensary is an advantage.
Newly qualified technicians are welcome to apply.
Experience with McLernons MPS is an advantage.
IPU course or Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Be accurate with excellent attention to detail and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist.
Prepare and dispense medicinal products under pharmacist supervision in a caring and professional manner.
Control stock levels and order medicines as determined by store requirements.
Preparation of blister packs and processing and tracking claims.
Report to and support the Pharmacist in a busy dispensary.
