Job summary

Unipharmedtech in Cork’s Hickey's Mayfield store is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a 40-hour, 5-day-per-week permanent role. The roster runs Monday–Friday 9:00–19:00 and Saturday 9:00–18:00; Sunday closed.

The team includes a Retail Store Manager, Managing Pharmacist, 1 Relief, and 1 Technician. You will prepare and dispense medicines under supervision of the Pharmacist, manage stock, prepare blister packs, and support the busy dispensary.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy dispensary is an advantage.
• Newly qualified technicians are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Be accurate with excellent attention to detail.
• Prepare and dispense medicinal products under supervision of the Pharmacist.
• Control stock levels and order medicines as required.
• Prepare blister packs and process/tracking claims.
• Report to and support the Pharmacist in a busy dispensary.
