Job summary

Clarity Recruitment is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a community pharmacy in Co. Sligo. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays, and an immediate start may be available for the right candidate.

No late nights or bank holidays. You will assist in the dispensary, prepare and dispense prescriptions, answer calls, and ensure excellent patient service. Requirements include a Higher certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies (IPU) and at least 2 years' Irish pharmacy

Qualifications

• Higher certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies; IPU course.
• At least 2 years' experience in an Irish pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the dispensary
• Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries or requests
• Preparing and dispensing prescriptions to patients
• Managing and monitoring the prescribed dosages
• Taking care of paperwork and monthly claims (if needed)
• Providing excellent customer service
• Any other duties as required
