Job summary

Clarity Recruitment is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a thriving community pharmacy in Co. Meath. This permanent, full-time position requires working every other Saturday with flexible negotiation and no late shifts, Sundays, or bank holidays.

You will assist in the dispensary, accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions, manage stock, and liaise with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care. A strong customer service focus is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily dispensary operations and support the team.
• Accurately prepare, label, and dispense prescriptions to patients.
• Monitor prescribed dosages and flag discrepancies when needed.
• Handle dispensary paperwork, stock control, and monthly claims processing.
• Liaise with patients, GPs, and other healthcare professionals as required.
• Provide excellent, friendly customer service to all patients.
• Support the wider team with OTC queries and advice as needed.
• Undertake other duties as required.
