Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality preferred.
• Cashier experience advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to use discretion with customer information.
• Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and advice to customers on all product ranges.
• Maintain stock levels and manage stock rotation with suppliers.
• Deliver professional customer service and enhance relationships with customers.
• Work as part of the pharmacy team and be flexible in duties.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and security guidelines.
• Keep the pharmacy clean and report health and safety issues.
• Participate in training and development programmes.
• Any other duties as required.
