Job summary

McCabes Pharmacy in Dungarvan is seeking a permanent, full-time Pharmacy Manager to lead the store team and drive commercial performance. You will oversee wage budgets, growth initiatives and ensure high standards of customer care.

With at least 12 months of management experience, you will foster a collaborative culture, mentor staff, and ensure HR compliance while delivering excellent value and service to the local community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Commercial Success: Take ownership of sales performance, manage the pharmacy's wages budget while identifying and implementing strategies to optimise profitability.
