Job summary

McCabes Pharmacy in Tallaght is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the team at The Square, Tallaght. You will drive sales performance, manage wages budgets and implement strategies to optimise profitability while maintaining excellent patient care.

The role requires a minimum of 12 months management experience and a commitment to building a strong team culture within PHX Ireland & PHOENIX Group.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive Commercial Success: Take ownership of sales performance, manage the pharmacy's wages budget while identifying and implementing strategies to optimise profitability.
• Market Intelligence & Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Lead the Way: Clearly communicate roles, responsibilities, and expectations to all team members, ensuring operational excellence and accountability across the pharmacy.
• Be There for Customers: Champion a high standard of customer care by actively engaging with customers, addressing their needs with professionalism and empathy.
