Job summary

PHX Ireland, part of the PHOENIX Group, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Dublin to support United Drug, McCabes Pharmacy and TCP Homecare. You will manage orders from start to finish, log queries, and maintain accurate customer information, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer Orders: from start to finish - processing, tracking, reviewing and making sure everything is accurate
• Dealing with Queries: logging queries and complaints in the system and dealing with them with professionalism and care
• Building Relationships: developing strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Database Management: keep our systems up to date so everyone has the right information at the right time
• Cross Department Training: participate in training across different units so you're always able to add value
