Job summary

McCabes Pharmacy Knocklyon in Dublin is seeking a decisive Pharmacy Manager to lead our community-focused store and become the heart of the local team. You will drive sales performance, manage wages budgets, and identify opportunities to grow the business while upholding service excellence.

Champion a high standard of customer care, ensure HR policies are applied consistently, and develop your people through mentoring and feedback in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months management experience.
