Job summary

Allcare Pharmacy in Ennis is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to deliver excellent customer service and provide advice on product ranges in-store. You will work with the Managing Pharmacist to maintain standards of category management and merchandising across the pharmacy.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Cashier experience is an advantage.
Ability to handle customer information confidentially.
Good attention to detail is essential.
Organised with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
Willingness to work as part of a pharmacy team.
Basic IT skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide product information and advice to customers in the pharmacy.
Maintain stock control, rotate stock and ensure accurate deliveries.
Deliver professional and efficient customer service and strengthen customer relationships.
Work flexibly as part of the pharmacy team and assist in all areas as required by the Pharmacist.
Maintain cooperative relationships with colleagues and support the Allcare network.
Handle over-the-counter requests with appropriate questioning and refer to the Pharmacist when needed.
