Job summary

Allcare Pharmacy Stillorgan is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product information across our OTC and health product ranges. The role involves working with the pharmacy team to ensure accurate stock control, smooth cash handling, and a welcoming patient experience.

You will provide friendly, knowledgeable guidance, assist customers with queries, and support daily operations while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality is preferable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good attention to detail
• Organised with a proven ability to multi-task under pressure
• Basic IT skills are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and advice to customers across product ranges
• Maintain stock levels and assist with stock rotation under the Pharmacist guidance
• Deliver professional customer service and build relationships with customers
• Handle cash and receipts in a secure manner
• Keep the pharmacy clean, tidy and compliant with health and safety procedures
• Participate in training and development programmes and support the pharmacy team
