Job summary

Global Professional Consultants seeks a Lead CSA Supervisor with 10+ years' experience to join an Irish-owned multidisciplinary engineering consultancy on a Large €100M Pharmaceutical Project in Cork. The role requires day-to-day supervision of CSA construction activities on behalf of the CMT and coordination with M&E works.

Permanent position, with an option for experienced contractors on an 18–24 month contract. Benefits include bonus, pension, and an accredited CPD programme.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil or structural engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience on pharmaceutical projects in Ireland is advantageous.
• Understanding of construction techniques and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and coordination of CSA construction activities on behalf of the CMT.
• Monitor progress of CSA works against the construction programme and identify delays or constraints.
• Coordinate interfaces between CSA and M&E works to ensure sequencing is effective.
• Participate in coordination, progress and construction meetings as required.

Job description

Lead CSA Supervisor with 10+ years’ experience, required to join an Irish owned multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with over 30 years’ experience in Cork. This practice has a reputation for high quality engineering and project management over a wide range of projects up to €30m in value. Current Projects include large Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Local Authorities and private clients.

This role is to work on a Large €100M Pharmaceutical Project in Cork.

This is a permanent position. However, my client is also open to applications from experienced contractors, with an initial contract duration of 18–24 months.

Role:

• The successful Lead CSA Supervisor will provide day-to-day supervision and coordination of CSA construction activities on behalf of the CMT.
• Monitor the progress of CSA works against the agreed construction programme and identify potential delays or constraints.
• As Lead CSA Supervisor you will coordinate interfaces between CSA and M&E works to ensure activities are sequenced effectively
• Participate in coordination, progress and construction meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in civil or structural engineering or equivalent.
• The successful Lead CSA Supervisor must have 10+ years of relevant experience, experience working on pharmaceutical projects in Ireland will be an advantage.
• Have an understanding of construction techniques, sequences of work, Building Regulations and an up-to-date knowledge of products.
