Turner & Townsend in Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a global pharmaceutical client across Dundalk and Dunboyne.

You will take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects from concept through to completion, delivering works that range from office fit-outs, laboratory upgrades and refurbishments, to complex mechanical and electrical (M&E) infrastructure projects within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment.
• Proven experience of running a P&L
• Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team
• Previous experience of operating at senior level (Desirable)

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects from concept through to completion, delivering works that range from office fit-outs, laboratory upgrades and refurbishments, to complex M&E infrastructure projects within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Identify and generate project opportunities from within a set portfolio of maintenance contracts.
• Liaise with key stakeholders on their requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes to become a trusted advisor.
• Develop and document scope(s) of work with developers, designers and sub-contractors.
• Manage tenders, carry out tender analysis and ensure projects are commercially viable.
• Ensure CDM compliance and embed QHSE practices across projects.
• Provide timely monthly reports to Head of Projects/Business Unit Director.
