Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a global pharmaceutical client across sites in Dundalk and Dunboyne, Ireland. You will own a diverse portfolio from concept to completion, delivering works from office fit-outs to complex M&E infrastructure in a highly regulated pharma environment. The role partners with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and value.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment.
• Proven experience of running a P&L.
• Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team.
• Previous experience of operating at senior level (Desirable)

Responsabilidades

• Identify and manage a portfolio of projects from concept through to completion.
• Liaise with stakeholders to define scope and ensure delivery within budget and schedule.
• Develop and document project plans, manage tenders and sub‑contractors.
• Ensure CDM compliance and embed QHSE practices across projects.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational aspects including commercial activities and reporting.
