Job summary

Tandem Project Management Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to join our expanding team at our Cork headquarters. You will manage a portfolio of projects on client sites within the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring safety, schedules and budgets are met.

The role requires a degree in Chemical or Process Engineering and at least five years in Life Sciences project delivery, with strong leadership in safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Chemical or Process Engineering or similar discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing projects within Life Sciences sector.
• Experience delivering complex projects on time and to budget.

Responsibilities

• Help develop a strong safety culture within the company and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide EHS leadership on projects.
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of procedures for OHSAS 18001 accreditation.
• Manage project hours against execution plan and monitor progress.
• Prepare schedules, cost estimates, and monthly client reports.
