Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation in Ireland. You will oversee all on-site manufacturing and inspection activities, ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety standards, and documentation to support quality products.

You will lead a dedicated team, drive process improvements, and develop high-performing leaders through coaching.

Formación

• A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Quality Assurance / Quality Management).
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in an operations management or equivalent leadership role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing technology, cGMP, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to inspire and develop teams and coach team leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all manufacturing and inspection activities on site, ensuring objectives met compliantly.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement programs delivering cost savings and process enhancements.
• Ensure activities adhere to cGMP and health and safety with well-maintained documentation.
• Train, develop, and coach team leaders to maintain high levels of competence and performance.
