Job summary

HRM Search Partners is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a regulated environment. You will own production planning, scheduling, resource allocation and drive performance across teams.

You will ensure GMP, regulatory and EHS compliance while developing and motivating manufacturing staff and collaborating with Quality, Engineering and other functions to deliver continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in manufacturing operations with management responsibility.
• Knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Experience managing production planning and operational performance.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or another regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure GMP, regulatory and EHS compliance.
• Lead and develop manufacturing teams, promoting accountability and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve productivity, efficiency and cost performance.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and other functions to resolve operational challenges.
• Support manufacturing development, capacity planning and wider business objectives.
