Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an IT Support Engineer (Labs) to join its IT Engineers team on a customer site in Cork. The role focuses on delivering robust software solutions, ensuring high availability, data integrity and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical environments.

You will work with cross functional teams to implement improvements, document processes, and support audits and inspections. A degree in IT or related field plus 3–5 years’ experience is required.

Competenze

Degree in IT or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
3 to 5 years of experience delivering and supporting IT software solutions.
Experience developing testing and deploying software using Python, SQL and Java.
Pharmaceutical industry experience with GMP CSV and data integrity requirements.

Mansioni

Maintain and enhance multiple software systems ensuring high availability and data integrity.
Lead day to day activities of the team including managing system issues and change requests.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements and deliver system improvements.
Create and maintain documentation covering design security testing and change protocols.
