Job summary

JLL in Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork, Ireland seeks an experienced Planner / Scheduler to support Integrated Facilities Management at a pharmaceutical facility.

You will plan, coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, utilities and building services, maintaining CMMS accuracy and reporting on performance. Work closely with on-site engineers, service providers and client stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant maintenance aligned with GMP requirements and

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–10 years' experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, facilities management, or similar.
• Experience with CMMS/EAMS and coordinating contractors/service providers.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and safety standards.
• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and optimise preventive maintenance within the CMMS.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, utilities, and building services maintenance.
• Lead weekly JLL meetings and ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Generate maintenance reports and monitor KPIs and backlog.
• Support compliance, safety, ALCOA, PTW, and continuous improvement.
