Job summary

Aramark Ireland is seeking a Facilities Combined Services Manager to lead the delivery of hard and soft facilities services for our pharmaceutical client in Monksland, Athlone. This site-based leadership role ensures safe, compliant and efficient maintenance, cleaning, projects and contractor management, while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving service levels.

Reporting to on-site leadership, you will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and performance, and ensure GMP

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar facilities management leadership role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading hard and soft services teams.
• Familiarity with GMP, Health & Safety and ISO standards would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite facilities team and specialist contractors.
• Ensure delivery of planned, reactive and project works to KPIs/SLAs.
• Promote Health & Safety and compliance culture across the site.
• Oversee maintenance activities via CMMS and close out work orders.
• Manage contractor performance, compliance and service delivery.
• Support financial management and budget control for the contract.
• Conduct site audits to ensure GMP, quality, environmental and safety compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and service enhancements.
• Participate in the site's on-call rota as required.
