Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with ability to build a client base.
• Strong ability to generate leads through in-gym interactions, outreach, and referrals.
• Proven skill in creating personalized training programs and coaching technique.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets.
• Generate leads through in-gym interactions, community outreach, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct kickoff sessions and initial movement assessments with new members.
• Convert leads into paying clients by delivering value and addressing objections.
• Create and update personalized training programs based on client needs.
• Educate clients on technique, recovery, and health.
• Track and communicate client progress to ensure motivation.
• Maintain a clean, professional training environment and adhere to uniform policy.
• Stay updated on fitness trends, certifications, and continuing education.
