Job summary

BLCK Gym is looking for a driven Freelance Personal Trainer in Ireland to run your own client base within a high-energy gym environment. You will coach clients, set your own schedule and prices, and grow your PT business while benefiting from BLCK facilities and support.

You’ll bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for helping people get stronger, with independent scheduling and client relationships at your control.

Qualifications

• Relevant Personal Training qualification (EQF Level 3 minimum or equivalent).
• Strong coaching background with movement, technique & training standards.
• Confident and professional coaching presence on the gym floor.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, motivating personality.
• Ability to deliver high-quality PT sessions and uphold BLCK coaching standards.
• Professionalism, reliability, and strong client-care practices.
• Ability to manage and grow your own PT client base.
• Knowledge of safe training protocols, injury-prevention principles, and effective programming.
• Experience delivering assessments, onboarding, or small-group coaching.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule, workload, and administration.
