The Rehab Group in Ireland is seeking a Personal Student Support Assistant to provide personalized support to individuals with additional needs within our training programs. This fixed-term, 6-month, part-time role (30 hours/week) offers opportunities to assist with postural management, social skills, and personal care, while ensuring participation in learning activities.

Job Purpose
To provide personalized support to individuals with additional needs, helping them fully participate in their programs and meet their daily support requirements. This includes navigating the training environment, postural management, social skills, offering assistance with intimate care and transitioning between activities. The role is aimed at supporting individuals with complex and diverse needs to engage fully in their training.

Salary starting from point 1 €27,641.52 to point 5 €31,721.41 pro rata. The 9-point salary scale provides annual progression opportunities up to €36,186.19 pro rata.
