Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is assisting a leading Irish insurance company to recruit a Personal Lines Sales Agent. You will handle inbound and outbound sales calls to new and existing clients, focusing on Motor, Van and Home insurance while building strong client relationships.

You will work toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets, maintain accurate records, and support colleagues under the Team Lead. The role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary with commissions, and opportunities to complete

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Insurance sales.
• APA Qualified is preferable.
• High level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Proven drive to exceed sales targets and support colleagues.
• Excellent time management and an eagerness to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to new and existing business clients.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Maintain accurate customer records within the system and ensure interactions meet quality standards.
• Support colleagues, stay aware of promotional activities, and report to the Team Lead.
