Job summary

Campion Insurance, now part of PIB Group, is seeking a Personal Lines New Business Administrator in Portlaoise. You will support the Personal Lines New Business team on car, home & van policies, handling queries and delivering excellent service.

The role requires 2+ years in insurance within a brokerage, attention to detail, and the ability to input data to CPC guidelines. CIP/APAI qualifications are advantageous; training and a competitive salary with bonus await the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years insurance experience in a brokerage would be an advantage
• Prior experience in a personal lines environment is desirable
• CPC guidelines data input accuracy is essential

Responsibilities

• Back office administrative support to the New Business Team for car, home & van insurance
• Dealing with customer queries and delivering excellent Customer Service
• Ensuring all data input to the highest quality standard
• Making files fully compliant in line with CPC guidelines
